A guided ceremonial experience designed to help release stored emotional pain, grief, or blockages held in the heart space. Through ritual, breathwork, and intention-setting, participants create space for deeper self-love and emotional freedom. This is a gentle but powerful session for anyone ready to let go and open their heart.
