- Book a session: the details you enter in Acuity Scheduling, our booking system.
- Buy a course: the details you enter at checkout on Kajabi or GoHighLevel.
- Email or call us, or visit our shop in Sedona: whatever you choose to share with us.
You can browse the Website without giving us any personal information.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use it to keep the Website secure and working, to understand which pages are useful, and to measure how well our outreach and advertising work.

Who Helps Us Handle Your Information
We work with trusted service providers who process information on our behalf. They may use your information only to provide their services to us, and each has its own privacy policy.
- Constant Contact
- Stores the names and email addresses of people who join our email list or a waiting list, and sends our emails.
- GoHighLevel
- Stores contact form messages and emails them to our team. Some course purchases also use GoHighLevel checkout.
- Cloudflare
- Runs the Cloudflare Worker that receives Website form submissions and passes them to Constant Contact or GoHighLevel.
- Vercel
- Hosts the Website.
- Acuity Scheduling
- Handles session bookings, including the details you enter when you book.
- Kajabi
- Hosts our online courses and handles course purchases and access.
- Stripe and Other Payment Processors
- Process card payments made through Kajabi or GoHighLevel checkout. Your card details go to the payment processor, and we do not store your full card number.
- Google and Meta
- Provide the analytics and advertising tools described above.
We may also share information when we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to meet a law, regulation, legal process or enforceable government request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Sedona Healing Arts, our clients or the public.
If our business is ever sold or merged, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction and will remain subject to this Privacy Policy. We will share personal information for any other purpose only with your consent.
Cookies and Your Choices

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you from our list by emailing contact@sedonahealingarts.com. After you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages about a booking or purchase you made.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep your contact details while you remain on our email list or remain a client, and for as long as we need them to provide our services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need personal information, we delete it. Analytics data is kept according to each analytics provider's retention settings.
Your Rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@sedonahealingarts.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we will respond within 30 days. We may keep a record where the law requires it or for necessary business and tax records.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or alteration. The Website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and the people and companies who handle your information for us are required to keep it confidential. No transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us at contact@sedonahealingarts.com and we will delete it.
