I was still negotiating with my own power — in relationships, in leadership, in my inner world.This year changed my internal architecture.

The most profound shift is energetic maturity. I no longer get swept away by intensity. I understand amplification in myself and in others,  and I can regulate, transmute, and choose. I don’t collapse into emotion or override it. I work with it. My groundedness is real now. ( I earned it! ) My energy field feels coherent. 

I know my soul in a way that is embodied, not poetic. My needs are clearer. My boundaries are cleaner. My decisions are more aligned. I don’t abandon myself to keep connection or hold on to things or relationships that don’t serve me. I can feel when something expands me versus contracts me — and I act accordingly.

This is still a living process — I am not “finished” — but the growth is undeniable. I handle things differently now.

There were moments this year that stretched me to my edges — emotionally, spiritually, relationally. Old attachments surfaced. Old patterns demanded to be seen. There were seasons that felt like dismantling and falling apart. But instead of breaking me, they refined me. I learned how to stay present in discomfort without losing myself. I learned how to move energy rather than be moved by it.

I trust my perception now. I trust my timing. I trust my “no” and my “yes.”

As a trainer, that inner shift is everything. I am not teaching from aspiration; I am teaching from embodiment. I experienced this work. I have new abilities like holding space without leaking. seeing clearly without needing to fix. I can guide others because I have walked myself through the fire.

My life is bigger — not because circumstances magically changed, but because my capacity did. My outlook is more expansive. My nervous system holds more frequency. I feel initiated into responsibility to share and expand this very important work, not just gifted with insight.

This training did not just sharpen my intuition. It stabilized my identity.

You did not just transmit information. You transmitted standard for what it means to be human.  You held a line that required exponential and real growth. You saw something in me before I fully claimed it. Because of this year and all the years I’ve worked with you, my life trajectory is different. My vision is larger. My voice is steadier. I am teaching. I am leading. I am not the same woman who began this journey — and that is because you insisted on depth over performance.

One year ago I was using all of the content I had learnt through your classes for my own personal daily life, and for my 1:1 coaching. The trainer course helped me hide myself less towards myself, and towards the world. 

I still feel cautious towards the EU culture. Now I have clients from the US for this trainer class, and it feels comfortable. My plan is to start getting clients from Europe, which will not be complicated since I am used to coaching EU people. BUT the difference is that in coaching I use whatever language is best. Whereas by teaching, you kind of speak more plainly about energy. This  fear of speaking about energy in Europe has diminished week after week since we started this trainer course. 

And now before each teaching session, I both feel it easy for me, and in the meantime I am kind of in alert mode too, especially since sessions are recorded, which means I cannot hide anymore, there are traces. Will people come and burn me? That has been I guess a subconscious fear. I have selected a GDPR secure , ecorfriendly platform for the sessions, which helps me feel aligned.

Now my challenge for the coming weeks, is to improve after each session, my language and my presentation, to help me express myself from my heart.

I listened to the recording I had done about the first Lesson: Energy, and it felt terrible :-) I have progressed already in facing my fear since that first recording.

Work in progress, and I love it, I am so excited about it. I feel only good and magic will come out. I just need to craft the right container and content.

I’ve come to think of this journey through the theme: "The Student Who Doesn’t Yet Know What She Doesn’t Know."

In the early stages, I realized I was in a phase of initiation rather than incompetence. I was seeking answers outside of myself, looking for reassurance, and testing both my teacher and myself. At that time, I was still outsourcing my authority, frequently asking, “Am I doing this right?” or “Do I have permission to say this?”

Learning to tolerate feedback without collapsing required significant nervous system growth. I had to learn to stay open, avoid becoming hardened, and allow myself the space to simply not know. As I stopped trying to be impressive and became more sincere with myself, my intuition strengthened and my ego grew quiet. I moved away from seeking external validation, performing spirituality, or wanting to be seen as advanced.

I began to notice where I was "performing coherence" or trying to "sound intuitive," and I consciously pulled back. This shift brought a new level of maturity and refinement to my energy. I stopped over-explaining and over-proving, and my presence began to carry its own tone. I moved from asking "Am I intuitive?" to a posture of "I know when I know." This transition has been about simplicity, aesthetic clarity, and light without force.

Over the course of this year, I have reached a point where:

• I no longer ask for constant confirmation.

• I tolerate silence better.

• I feel the difference between projection and perception faster.

• I can correct myself without shame spirals.

• I no longer need intensity to feel powerful.

My tone has softened yet strengthened. I have learned that grace is not weakness, but rather power without anxiety. My intuition is no longer reactive; it is composed. I am no longer trying to prove I can see—I simply see.

This year has truly been transformational, and I am extremely grateful for all of the joys, the pain, and the in-betweens.

Diving deeper and revisiting so many concepts, laws, principles, and practices has helped me understand so much of what I had already learned with much more depth and given me a second opportunity to integrate them into my body and mind. This course has also helped me face challenges connected to self-confidence regarding exposure, visibility, teaching, and leading others through these types of experiences. I feel much more confident in the content, in being a teacher, and in sharing this content with others now and in the future. Especially the teaching experience I am currently having; I am so grateful for it. Personally, it is reconnecting me to my joy in teaching and my desire to continue leading, designing, and teaching in the future.
