Clairaudience
People often assume that clairaudience means you hear voices, and yes, a lot of clairaudient psychics and mediums will be able to deliver messages from spirits this way because they can hear words being spoken to them…but that isn’t common.
Have you ever noticed your ears getting hot for no apparent reason? Have you ever noticed words in a song that seemed to be timed perfectly for what you were thinking at that moment, or even knew what song was going to come on the radio? What about odd sounds like frequency, screeching or bangs, out of nowhere? Seems almost too unbelievable, right? That’s clairaudience and the universe saying ‘PAY ATTENTION.’
Most of the time clairaudience shows up as an inner voice, your soul voice, translating your gut feelings into actual words so you have instructions and know exactly what you need to do at any moment. You may not immediately understand why you need to do something, that usually comes later. It's more common to simply just feel compelled, and to hear a voice repeat itself incessantly in your mind.
The biggest concern with clairaudience is to be sure that the voice coming from within is the soul voice and not outside voices, most especially negative voices you’ve heard and internalized. Remember, the soul’s voice has only your best interests at heart, and would never lead you to cause yourself harm. It is also helpful to confirm the voice by acknowledging if the feeling in your body attached to the voice is a good or bad one. Doing a little work to sensitize yourself to your feelings can do a lot to create self-awareness around good and bad feelings and how they show up in your body.
