Claircognizance

Have you ever just known that something was going to happen without knowing why? Claircognizance is what many people term as “receiving downloads.”

They receive a piece of information (energy) in their mental field, and they know it as fact. It’s not an emotional sense at all. It just is.

For many, these ‘downloads’ happen when we are doing mundane acts like washing the dishes. Our daily rituals relax the brain, which presents the opportunity for important information to breach the veil. For others, it is in a moment of conversation, when one is intending to connect with another party. Suddenly they become aware of some piece of information about the individual, likely, because of sharing their energy field. Focusing on something connects energy with that thing. The focus brings “Oneness,” so we vibrate like the thing, and like a mirror, in that state of being, we can make inquiries. Sometimes unbeknownst to our conscious mind, our intention directs the energy intuitively. We might receive information that we may not understand to be immediately relevant to us that compels us to “do” something, but then later come to understand it as a form of guidance.

When I enter into a session, in order to focus the session, I ask my subject to say their name out loud, I then repeat their name, like a mantra in my mind, while focusing on my sourcepoint becoming extremely present. Immediately, it is communicated to me what to focus on, because their energy coming from their mind is telling me, though they may not fully realize it.
