Clairsentience

Clairsentience is based on feeling, but it’s less emotional than clairempathy (which focuses on feeling other people’s emotions).

If someone is experiencing pain somewhere in their body, you’d pick it up, because in their presence or when you think of them, you would feel something similar in your own body. For instance, if someone is suffering from an upset stomach, and you are near to or focused on them, you might start to feel their upset stomach.

When we are focused on someone, and are engaged in a conversation with them, inthe moment we are focused, our energy field starts to vibrate like the energy of the person we are focused on. We “mirror” their energy. It is this adaptation that is part of our survival instincts that gives us the ability to be clairsentient.

Clairsentience doesn’t just give us the ability to feel someone’s physical pain, it gives us the ability to also feel their wellbeing. Being in the presence of a person with a high frequency can benefit a clairsentient person by helping them to develop an awareness of what high frequency energy feels like. With enough exposure, they would eventually be able to recall the feeling on their own without being in anyone’s presence.
