2. Somatic Chakra Activation
Using hands-on somatic healing techniques, we work through each chakra — activating, releasing, and restoring the natural flow of energy through your body. This is felt work. Real, embodied, and deeply transformative
3. Practical Integration + After Reading
We close with a second aura and chakra reading so you can see — and feel — the shift. You’ll also receive personalized, practical tools to continue your reset long after you leave Sedona.
